Little Athletics Victoria, Western Country Region is divided into 7 regions, it is geographically the largest region in Victoria, encompassing centres from the northern border regions, to the western border, and as far south west as Colac and Portland. Camperdown is situated in the south western portion of WCR.

Western Country Region offer year round competition opportunities with rotating venues including Ballarat, Warrnambool, Stawell, Halls Gap, Casterton and Maryborough.

From Track and Field and Relay to Cross Country, Region participation leads to long friendships and promotes individual and group competition in a carnival atmosphere. 

WCR pioneered equal competition opportunities for children with a disability and are proactive in promoting Multi-Class opportunities. WCR is All inclusive and welcomes athletes from Cultural and Diverse backgrounds, as well as all disabilities.

With a Committee who are always looking for new and exciting events, the Western Country Region is an exciting region to be a part of.
